Project pages, service descriptions, and any timelines mentioned on this site are here to show how we work. They are general in nature and are not an offer, a proposal, or a contract. Every property and every project is different. The terms of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and nothing on this site creates a client relationship on its own.
Julia Correia Studio provides residential design services. Where a project requires drawings or approvals that must be prepared or stamped by a licensed architect or engineer, that work is performed by an appropriately licensed professional brought onto the project team.
